iPad Peek is an online tool that lets you see how any website will be rendered on the iPad. Click on the top border to switch from landscape to portrait mode. Flash works (and it shouldn’t). To get closer to the real iPad experance, you should disable the Flash plugin in your browser and change the user agent string to that of the Apple iPad.

Hang on a mo... I don't think it is doing anything with the actual rendering of the page, apart from resizing it to fit the iPad viewport. The actual rendering is dependent on whatever browser you are using.

Hopefully the real iPad is better than the 'simulation'.
