Transfer existing domain

I have two websites which are currently hosted by my ISP plusnet. The domain names were bought from namesco. I would like rehost my sites under the web-space I have here and transfer my domain name over to you. Do I need to get some sort of code or something from namesco to transfer the domain (which still has a year to go before renewal was due)?

You might need to raise a ticket with Namesco when it comes to changing the IPStag, when we moved one recently from Namesco the IPStag "ARIOTEK" didn't exist according to their systems!
